The new Condor Overland is the ideal choice for overlanders and outdoor adventurers who require the versatility and ruggedness of the Falcon Series tents combined with the large sleeping area and small footprint of Roofnest's Condor-Series tents. Constructed from honeycomb aluminum with aluminum sides, the exterior is strong enough to withstand the harshest overlanding conditions as well as support crossbars and allow attachment of overlanding gear to the sides.

The Condor Overland comes equipped with accessory channels on all four sides that can be used to attach essential overlanding equipment like axes, shovels, and auxiliary lights. Using these channels with Roofnest's tent-mounted crossbars allows you to carry up to 100 lbs. of gear when closed, and 40 lbs.when opening the tent.

The interior is illuminated by a battery-powered LED light strip and features a skylight for optimal nighttime stargazing. A luxurious 2.5" foam mattress with a quilted, machine-washable cover puts the "nest" in Roofnest.

Measuring 60" long, 50" wide, and 10" tall, the Condor Overland comfortably sleeps two adults plus a dog or child. These dimensions also fit perfectly over the bed of a mid-sized or larger truck, one of the most popular overlanding platforms. Despite its robust, all-aluminum construction, the Condor Overland weighs a mere 165 lbs.

Materials & Construction

Aluminum Shell: The Condor Overland's shell is made with Honeycomb aluminum and extruded aluminum on the sides.

Wall Material: The Condor Overland's wall material is a polyurethane-coated polyester and cotton blend with a waterproof rating of 3000mm. For comparison, a typical waterproof rating on a backpacking tent is 1000mm. The fabric is much thicker and tougher than a typical backpacking tent — more like a heavy-duty wall tent. The material provides additional warmth and is quieter in the wind due to its weight.

Doors and Windows: The Condor Overland has 2 windows with canvas and mesh zip closures. The Overland has a main door with canvas cover and full-zip mesh window. There's a sky light with both mesh and canvas full zip openings, and a clear plastic viewing window built into the tent cover.

Ladder: The Condor Overland includes a sturdy and lightweight 7.5' telescoping ladder for easy access in and out of your tent. The ladder is collapsible and attached to the fold-out base.

Built-in Mattress: Every Condor tent comes with a built-in, custom-shaped 5 cm foam mattress with a waterproof cover. This isn't your typical camping mattress.
