Prinsu rack was shipped, arrived quickly considering we were in the middle of the holidays and it traveled across the country. Unboxed a well packaged product with no flaws. There are no instructions with it (other than a diagram of parts/bolts), but installation videos are easy to find online. Install was easy, just time consuming. I love the rack— it’s sturdy, quiet, and the low profile design is very clean. Great prompt customer service as I realized upon ordering that I had ordered the drill version, and not the no-drill version like I intended. This was corrected right away with a quick email. Very happy with experience and purchase.
