Chris' 2018 Colorado ZR2

This ZR2 became Chris’ “take me to work and then where else I want” vehicle. Chris went for a functional overland build with the capability to run moderately hard trails. Being able to fit 35” tires on stock suspension height is a game changer, you get the ground clearance without raising the center of gravity up too high. On the front of the truck and you’ll see an Addictive Desert Designs Stealth Fighter front bumper mated with a Rigid Industries Midnight Edition 30” light bar. In the bed of the car you’ll find an RCI Offroad 12’ bed rack, a Roam Adventure Co. Vagabond rooftop tent, Red Maxtrax and two Rotopax 2.5 gal. Fuelpax. Suspension consists of the stock Multimatic hocks paired with Peak Suspension Adjustable coilover conversion kit and a Deaver rear Add-A-Leaf kit. Under the hood is an ARB High output air compressor on 589 Fabrication mounting bracket as well as a Switch Pros 9100 Controller. Like many builds Chris isn’t quite done with the ZR2 just yet, he plans to get an RSI SmartCap canopy with an FSR Evolution tent on top. Chris is running the Method 701 in Bronze wrapped in 35” Falken Wildpeak MT’s.
