Items that are eligible for return, exchange and/or refunds must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all parts/components. Offroad Alliance Warranty Policy

Offroad Alliance is proud to stand behind the quality and durability of our branded products. All Offroad Alliance branded items, including fog light kits, suspension components, storage accessories, and lighting kits, are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. If a defect is found within the warranty period, Offroad Alliance will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund for the defective product. Offroad Alliance is also an Authorized Dealer for all brands sold online and in-store. Manufacturer warranties vary from brand to brand and product to product. Should your product fail, please contact the manufacturer directly. Some parts can only be shipped via LTL freight due to size and weight restrictions. Truck freight delivery times can vary, but most are delivered in 3 - 7 business days.
