Free Shipping Offer

Free Ground Shipping offer on orders over $99 applied to valid shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States - some exclusions may apply. Large and/or heavy items, including but not limited to, bumpers, racks and truck caps requiring LTL Freight are not included in the Free Shipping Offer. For large and/or heavy items, a discounted freight cost estimate will be provided and charged at checkout. A Customer Service Representative will follow-up via phone or email if any additional charges are applicable based on the product selection. Additional manufacturer restrictions for the Free Shipping offer include but are not limited to Anderson Composites, RCI Metalworks, Genesis Offroad, AL Offroad, James Baroud, Advanced Fiberglass Concepts, SmartCap, Boatec, Mickey Thompson.

Lighting Brands qualify for Free Shipping at a reduced threshold of $50. Lighting brands included in this promotion are Baja Designs, Rigid Industries, Diode Dynamics, KC HiLites, Vision-X Lighting.

All DECKED Drawer Systems are excluded from the freight threshold and ship for free via LTL.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

When an item ships, an email will be sent with the appropriate tracking.

How quickly will my order ship?

Our in stock pledge means that we maintain an extensive inventory of popular products, with most items shipping the same or next day after the order is received.

How long do I have to return an item?

Items that are eligible for return, exchange and/or refunds must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all parts/components. If my products fails, is there a warranty?

Offroad Alliance Warranty Policy

Offroad Alliance is proud to stand behind the quality and durability of our branded products. All Offroad Alliance branded items, including fog light kits, suspension components, storage accessories, and lighting kits, are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. If a defect is found within the warranty period, Offroad Alliance will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund for the defective product. Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim. For warranty claims or assistance, please contact our support team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help.

Offroad Alliance is also an Authorized Dealer for all brands sold online and in-store. Manufacturer warranties vary from brand to brand and product to product. Should your product fail, please contact the manufacturer directly. My order is being shipped via commercial freight. What should I anticipate?

Some parts can only be shipped via LTL freight due to size and weight restrictions. Truck freight delivery times can vary, but most are delivered in 3 - 7 business days. Typically, the freight company carrying your shipment will call prior to attempting delivery. Please be sure to provide us with the best phone number to reach you when placing your order.
