Matthew's 2016 4Runner TRD Offroad

Matthew came to us wanting his vehicle to be not only off-road capable, but able to be lived out of remotely for days to weeks at a time. We outfitted this vehicle with Frontrunner Outfitters Slimline II full length roof rack, which allowed ample space for storing all the necessary gear and supplies for the intended timeframe being spent away from civilization. Roam Adventure Co’s rugged cases were a perfect fit to store all this customer’s gear and items while keeping them in a waterproof container. The customer chose to go with Roam Adventure Co’s Vagabond roof top tent as well to provide optimal comfort for sleeping while also maintaining easy access to fold up and move to the next camping spot. We paired the tent with Roam Adventure Co’s 6’ awning to give shade anywhere the customer desires as well as protection from any elements he may encounter. With spending so much time away from civilization, we had to ensure this customer had the ability to charge his vehicles power source. We outfitted the truck with multiple access ports to plug in a solar panel to use when parked, as well as outfitting power to the tent on the roof for the ability to charge lights and communications as well as heat the tent at night. ARB’s twin air compressor was a perfect solution for this build, with a quick connect on the front bumper this customer can air down his tires to go over whatever terrain he may encounter with the ability to air up the tires at the flip of a switch. The truck is also fitted with ARBs Safari snorkel, allowing the customer to safely and confidently pass-through water crossings that may go above his hood.
