Fitment: 2021+ Ford Bronco 2dr and 4dr equipped with OEM plastic bumper, OEM modular steel bumper or OEM capable bumper with flip-up tow hooks.

Dealers drill the trim below the grill to install the factory Bronco license plate mount, so the holes are permanent. Some dealerships will install your plate holder prior to delivering the vehicle. As a result, being prepared with the BuiltRight Bronco License Plate Relocation Kit shown will save your Bronco from those holes and most importantly, will help you mount your plate in a position that doesn't ruin the look of your rig! This kit installs easily in minutes and allows angle adjustment as well as vertical and horizontal adjustment. Loosening one 15mm bolt allows you to remove the kit and store it away in case you need that tow hook!

BRONCO LICENSE PLATE MOUNT ENGINEERING

It seems that Ford made license plate location an afterthought because of regulation. As a result, the license plate is mounting squarely in the middle of the new Bronco grill, killing the signature look. Fortunately, BuiltRight has the solution. Available for both the OEM standard plastic bumper and the OEM steel bumper, the Bronco License Plate Relocation Kit offers users a number of mounting locations which move the license plate out of the grill area and into a less obtrusive location. Because it's such a simple kit, installation takes just a few minutes with basic hand tools.

FITMENT NOTES

These brackets were designed and tested using multiple OEM bumpers, with and without sensors, because we want to ensure maximum compatibility. But, please consider your other aftermarket equipment when making a decision about whether or not this will work for you.

We've worked hard to accommodate as much as possible but please be sure to check our product photos for possible mounting locations to determine whether or not the mount will block any other accessories that you intend to use.

INSTALLATION

Installation of the BuiltRight Bronco License Plate Mount on the 2021+ Ford Bronco requires just a few simple tools and 5-10 minutes.

• OEM Standard Plastic Bumper: The bumper mounting bracket is secured to the bumper using a single bolt near the front tow hook location.


• OEM Modular Steel Bumper: the mounting bracket is secured to the bumper in two possible locations.

The plate mounting bracket is then attached to the bumper mounting bracket through one of its many slotted features. This allows for additional adjustability inexact plate location, which will help accommodate potential future accessories. The bracket can be installed such that use of the tow hook loop is not impacted.
