21+ Bronco Front Bumper

The new Hefty Fabworks 6th gen Bronco bumpers are now available. Built to be abused, the modular design allows for a high and tight bumper to maintain the great approach angles the new Bronco has. Pair this bumper with our optional Radiator skid for the ultimate in clearance and protection. The bumper is built with 3/16" P/O steel and 1/4" Aluminum. Integrated winch mount fits most 10K winches. 100% Bolt-On! Designed to integrate with Baja Designs Squadron lighting and two additional light tabs on the grille bar.

Designed and built at our facility in Colorado using only the highest quality American steel and aluminum. We believe that Made in America matters! All the sensors and the camera are relocated to maintain functionality. Photos show sensors, camera, and lower front sensor. Some wiring is required. Lights and winch are sold separately.

This bumper includes the following:

• Raw steel finish (must be painted prior to installation)


• Front camera and washer relocation


• Parking sensor compatible (requires extending the factory wiring harness)


• Front radar sensor relocation (requires extending the factory wiring harness)


• Integrated recovery points are built-in below the winch tray directly into the frame supports. This is a stronger design with more surface coverage to spread the load from the recovery forces.


• Will accept a 3/4" D-ring shackle


• Weight: 87 lbs.

Note: Bronco's with the factory plastic bumpers will have tow hooks on the frame. They will either need to be cut off or replaced with the Ford OEM Modular Bumper Brackets. The tow hooks will interfere with the radiator skid.

Order Changes: There will be an additional fee added should order be changed once products are in production. That amount will be determined based on change.

Production Time: All Hefty Fabworks production times are an estimate and they do their best to stay within the projected times, however, delays can happen though not common.
