Custom designed low profile HD Aluminum Load Bars and a hardware kit specifically made to fit SmartCaps for mid-size and full-size trucks. Load bars are available in three sizes, 45.8" for mid-size trucks, 49.5" for mid-size trucks, and 53" for full-size trucks.

• Mid-Size 45.8" Load Bars: This kit is similar length to SmartCap part # 0413 at 45.8" (1165mm). Fits Mid-size truck SmartCap models including Toyota Tacoma, GMC Canyon, Chevy Colorado and Ford Ranger.


• Mid-Size 49.5" Load Bars: This kit is oversized by 4" vs. SmartCap part # 0413 at 49.5" (1255mm) to accommodate wider accessory setup requirements. Fits Mid-size truck SmartCap models including Toyota Tacoma, GMC Canyon, Chevy Colorado and Ford Ranger. Also works on Ford F-150 and other 1500 size caps.


• Full-Size 53" Load Bars: This kit is similar length to SmartCap part # 0401 at 53" (1345mm). Fits full-size trucks (1500/2500/3500) and Jeep Gladiator with SmartCap or other tracked roof camper tops.

Carry all your gear with confidence on these heavy duty load bars made to do the job right. This custom design features M8 T-slots top, bottom and rear T-slot for easy fitment of your existing accessories. The front edge features a geometric aero shape. The kits include 4x feet with 2" rise. Fastened with 2x M8 hardware and provided with SmartCap-track M8 hardware to secure it to the track on your SmartCap.
