Initial Review - Great but Finish the Job

Initial review is that this thing is tough and really good at its main job, BUT you know how when you buy something premium at a premium price and it really irks you when things are overlooked, this review is like that. There are little things that aren’t complete that make you wonder if the company is distracted and not able to follow through completely even though they are asking for a premium price. Examples: the wireless app module cable is installed upside down and you have to twist it to make it plug in, it also takes time to figure this out; this same module sticks out abruptly and connects weakly, ready to be ripped off if the cooler bangs on something in that spot which I believe will happen at some point because of its location; the case/cover that you can buy from them has mesh to match with the cooler vents but the cover mesh doesn’t go up high enough to match all the way with the vents on the cooler. It does match most of the way. Still makes me wonder, am I going to get less efficient cooling and reduce the life of the condenser because it can’t breathe properly? I know HVAC guys would really frown at this as they take venting seriously; (this one is picky) the same case/cover has these little adhesive hook-and-loop pads that need applied, it takes 1-2 minutes per pad to remove the protective film, a little pull-tab to remove the film would be a really nice touch.
