In the new Tundra lineup, each truck bed is equipped with forward tie-down points. Sadly, these don't offer a great deal of flexibility when it comes to storing and securing a variety of items. The BuiltRight BAR installs using these same factory mounting points, without the need for modification to the vehicle. The rail is extremely useful on it's own but the optional panels provide MOLLE-compatible features for the use of MOLLE/PALS accessories in addition to universal slots for an infinite number of possibilities.

Installation

Installation of the BuiltRight Bulkhead Accessory Rail is very straight forward. First, remove the tie-downs in either side of the bed using a T30 torx and move the BAR brackets into place. You make choose to replace the factory tie-downs but the BAR brackets can serve the same purpose. Loosely tighten brackets to bedside. Prep the rail by sliding t-slot nuts into place on each end and then position the rail between the two brackets. Get hardware started loosely and then proceed with tightening all of the hardware once things are lined up to your satisfaction.
