The Hybrid Series Front Bumper brings strength, clearance, and full sensor compatibility to your 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra. Engineered to retain the functionality of Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), parking sensors, and the front-mounted camera, this bumper integrates seamlessly with modern tech while adding rugged protection. All bull bar options are TSS-compatible; low and mid-height bars may appear in the camera view but won't fully obstruct visibility. Some trucks may require TSS recalibration at a Toyota dealership after installation. Lighting is fully integrated, with cutouts designed to fit a 40" single-row light bar (Baja Designs S8 recommended) and provisions for two pairs of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights. LP9s fit all bull bar options except the low bar. OE fog lights cannot be reused.

The bumper ships with a steel skid plate to replace the factory plastic version and includes provisions to reattach the factory fender liners. Installation requires trimming the plastic bumper panels under the headlights and fender flare ends, with a detailed video provided for guidance. Correct orientation of the sensors and a level truck stance are recommended to ensure proper sensor performance.

Built from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" mounting and winch plates, this bumper is reinforced with fully welded 3/4" D-ring tabs and .120 wall HREW tubing. It fits most 8k-12k winches (synthetic rope with hawse fairlead recommended) but is not compatible with the Smitty XRC 12k. Unless you select the powder-coated option, the bumper must be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

Fitment

• Retains full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense, park sensors and front mounted camera. All bull bar options are compatible with TSS. Low-Height bull bar and Mid-Height bull bars will be visible in the front mounted camera, however, they will not block full view of camera.
• TSS Recalibration at a Toyota dealership may be required after installation. We have had some customers report that their TSS system was requesting a recalibration after installing all of the sensors into the bumper. This sometimes happens when the sensors are moved from their original location on the vehicle to the new bumper.
• Parking sensors need to be oriented correctly per the install video to avoid malfunctioning. C4 fabrication recommends your truck sit level for sensors to be in an optimal position. If your truck has too much forward rake, sensors will be more sensitive and may go off more intermittently.
• Bumper will require cutting the plastic bumper panels under the headlight on each side and trimming the end of the fender flares to install. (installation video is very detailed and provides step by step instructions)
• Bumper has holes to reattach factory fender liners

Add-Ons

• Bumper is designed to fit 40" single row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar). Light cutouts are a standard feature and cannot be removed.
• Designed to fit two pairs of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights, OE fog lights cannot be reused.
• Bumper will fit LP9s on all bull bar options except the low bar, but will not come pre-drilled
• Fits most winches 8k-12k in size
• Does not fit Smitty XRC 12k winch
• We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
