The 2nd Gen Tacoma Overland Series Front Bumper (2005-2011) delivers the perfect balance of trail protection, functionality, and aggressive styling. Crafted from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" mounting plates, it's built to withstand heavy abuse on the trail. Fully welded 3/4" D-ring tabs provide dependable recovery points, while the .120 wall 1 3/4" HREW steel bull bar tubing adds extra strength without unnecessary bulk.

Its high-clearance profile is designed to maximize approach angles, improve tire clearance, and make fitting larger tires easier. The bumper installs with a true 100% bolt-on design. Weighing 125-145 pounds depending on bull bar configuration, it strikes an ideal balance between rugged durability and manageable weight.

This bumper is winch-ready, accommodating most 8k-12k winches. Models with a relocated control box are recommended for best fitment, though integrated control box winches like the ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series can also fit with slight modifications. Synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead are recommended, as roller fairleads may not fit the recessed mounting area.

Lighting integration is built in, with cutouts for a 30" single-row light bar, compatible with Baja Designs S8, Rigid SR-Series, or Extreme LED 5D, and dedicated fog pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights. Every bumper also includes additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets, adding extra strength at a $177 value.

To protect against rust, you can choose the powder-coated finish or apply your own coating before installation. Designed for both toughness and utility, this bumper transforms your 2005-2011 Tacoma into a more capable and trail-ready rig.
