The 2nd Gen Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper is engineered for serious off-road performance with improved approach angles, extra tire clearance, and the strength to handle demanding trails. Constructed from 3/16-inch laser cut P&O steel with 3/8-inch thick mounting plates and a 1/4-inch winch plate, this bumper is built to take abuse. Fully welded 3/4-inch D-ring recovery tabs are standard, ensuring dependable pull points, while the .120 wall 1-3/4-inch HREW tubing bull bar option provides added front-end protection.

Designed to accommodate most 8,000-12,000 lb winches, the bumper features a recessed fairlead mount optimized for synthetic rope and hawse-style fairleads. Some winches with integrated control boxes may require minor trimming of the grille support brackets. Popular models like the ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR Series are known to fit. The bumper also integrates seamlessly with TRD Pro and aftermarket skid plates for complete underbody protection.

Lighting options are built-in: it's designed for a 30-inch single-row light bar (ideal for the Baja Designs S8, with compatibility for Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID SR series) and comes pre-drilled for a pair of Baja Designs LP6 or LP9 lights. These top mounts work with either a full-height bull bar or a no-bull-bar setup, giving you flexibility to match your build. OEM parking sensor provisions are included, maintaining factory safety features.

Weighing 165 lbs. without the bull bar and 180 lbs. with, this bumper balances strength with manageable weight. Unless the powder coat option is selected, it will need to be painted or coated prior to installation to prevent rust.

Add-Ons

• Bumper is designed to fit 30" single row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar). Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series, will also fit.
• Bumper comes pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille. The LP9 lights will work with the full-height bull bar as well as no bull bar.
• Fits most winches 8k-12k in size. Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended. Integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets to fit. (ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series are all common winches that fit).
• We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
