The 2nd Gen Tacoma Rear Differential Skid Plate is built to protect one of the most vulnerable parts of your truck when you're off-road. Designed to fit all 2005-2015 Tacoma models equipped with the 8.4" differential (drain plug on the passenger side), this skid plate shields your rear diff from rocks and trail hazards. An optional E-locker guard is available for trucks equipped with factory lockers. The plate extends forward to cover the U-joint and driveshaft yoke for added protection where it counts.

Crafted from 3/16" thick steel and weighing 22 lbs., it's strong enough to take a beating without adding unnecessary weight. Installation is straightforward being 100% bolt-on with no drilling or cutting required. Unless you select the powder-coated option, the skid plate will need to be painted or coated before installation to prevent rust.
