Super Duty Suspension Upgrade

The Carli F-250/350 Back Country Suspension System is built around a set of base upgrades that lift and level your truck and improve geometry while offering you the options you need to take your build even further. 

Lift height note: While this kit will provide different amounts of lift over your stock vehicle height based on variations to stock components, the end result will be an equal ride height once stock components are replaced with the Super Duty Back Country Suspension. 

• 2.5” Linear Rate Leveling Coils - These strong coils lift your front end while offering the predictable progression you want for daily driving and increased support when it’s time to get dirty.


• Fox 2.0” Remote Reservoir Shocks - Custom-tuned for your Super Duty, these shocks have an extended fluid and gas volume to keep your energy dampening strong through tough driving maneuvers as temperatures start to rise. 


• Extended Braided Front Brake Lines, 2” Caster Correction Shims, High-Clearance Front Bump Stop Drops, and Adjustable Track Bar - To adapt your truck for its big lift, Carli’s upgrade package includes the components needed to keep your front-end geometry adjusted for safety and performance.

Package Options

Your base upgrade package is finished out with your choice of sway bar and rear leaf options.

• Sway Bar Upgrade - A 3.5” lift dramatically changes your sway bar geometry, but Carli offers three levels of modification.




• Drop Bracket - This economical option uses your Ford sway bar end links to keep costs down.


• Relocation Brackets and a Drop Bracket Combined with Extended End Links - A beefier 17-4 steel greaseable and rebuildable option that offers more robust durability and better articulation performance.


• Torsion Sway Bar System - This full replacement system gives you more articulation and a more compliant feel with only a minor increase in perceived body roll. Includes drop brackets and end links for direct fitment.




• Rear Leaf Spring Upgrade - To level out your ride, Carli offers three upgrade levels for your rear springs, all of which eliminate the rear block and come with new hardware, U-bolts, and bump stop drops.




• Progressive Add-a-Pack - Add an additional progressive rate leaf spring to your non-Tremor F-250, maintaining its load capacity while increasing support. Provides 1/2” - 1” of rear lift while improving ride quality. Due to the already stiff springs of the F-350 and F-250 Tremor models, this option is not recommended for these vehicles.


• Full Progressive Leaf Packs - A full progressive leaf spring replacement package gives your truck increasing support as loads get heavier while keeping the suspension responsive under lighter weights. The result is a 1” rear-high stance that matches 2.5” leveling systems but decreases your load capacity to that of a “light 3/4 ton”. This option supports tires up to 37”.


• Heavy Duty Full Progressive Leaf Packs - These heavier-duty rear leaf springs offer the same lift but without sacrificing load capacity. This option is recommended for those who frequently have 1000 lbs. or more of load on their rear end.

Additional Upgrade Options

Carli also offers a range of customizations to help you fine-tune your build to get the most out of your truck.

• Leaf Spring Shackle - Designed to smooth out the ride in your SuperDuty, these shackles are made of 1/4” cold-rolled steel with a rebuildable and greaseable design and mid-length gussets that help the serviceable bushings resist the deflection and bind that can be jarring from the stock shackles.


• 2° Pinion Shim - While not required in every truck, some vehicles may experience driveline vibration at highway speeds. These shims correct your pinion angle to 4-5° for better geometry and to eliminate this potential vibration.


• High-Mount Steering Stabilizer - Only compatible with lifted trucks, this bolt-on replacement for your OEM stabilizer improves the truck’s appearance and is built to last.


• Low-Mount Steering Stabilizer - Optimized for 2.5” to 5.5” Carli lift systems, this stabilizer can be installed with the high-mount stabilizer to create an opposing set-up. It’s custom-valved for larger tires, has adjustable nitrogen pressure, and comes with a differential guard and clamp.


• Adjustable Radius Arms - Built with 1/4” box steel construction and serviceable 17-4 stainless steel bearings, these arms give 1/2” of additional tire clearance, offer adjustable camber of up to 3.5° over stock to improve geometry and eliminate the “death wobble” that some lifted vehicles experience, and come with limit straps to help protect your vehicle during big drops or jumps. 

Note: Factory wheels should not be used with oversized tires. This can lead to wear and rubbing on radius arms, brake lines, and the sway bar. 17”-18” wheels are recommended with tires no wider than 9 inches with 5-inch backspacing.
