The Cognito Non-Torsion Bar Drop Front Lift Kit is specifically engineered to maximize ground clearance by keeping the torsion bars tucked within the factory frame location instead of lowering them below the chassis. This design helps maintain superior ride quality, proper CV axle angles, and improved underbody clearance for enhanced off-road capability without compromising drivability.

Included in the system are Cognito Billet Upper Control Arms, precision-machined from premium 6061 aluminum and finished in a durable black anodized coating for exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Their lightweight yet heavy-duty construction provides improved suspension geometry and long-lasting performance, making them some of the strongest upper control arms Cognito has developed to date. Every kit includes all required hardware and QR code linking to detailed installation instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.

To further improve steering system durability, the included Cognito Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit (PISK) addresses common weaknesses found in factory GM steering systems. Utilizing Cognito's patented design, the PISK adds critical reinforcement to the pitman and idler arms, helping eliminate unwanted center-link movement while improving steering precision, stability, and component longevity.

This kit is paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series Remote Reservoir shocks, delivering race-proven performance in a direct bolt-on package. The external reservoirs increase oil and nitrogen capacity to help maintain consistent damping performance under demanding conditions while also adding a clean, aggressive appearance.

Inside each FOX shock, a race-developed high-flow damping piston combined with application-specific valving delivers predictable ride quality, improved handling, and confident control across rough roads, towing conditions, and off-road terrain. • 37 x 12.50 tire on stock 20 in. wheel Will require a wheel spacer at least 1/4 in. thick. A 1.5 in. wheel spacer looks really good. Use tie back kit plus medium trimming.
