The Cognito Ultimate Leveling Kit is designed for those with a larger budget who demand the highest level of performance, quality, and visual impact. This comprehensive package includes everything needed to completely transform the look, feel, and capability of your truck.

For standard and Denali models, the kit raises the front of the truck by 3 in., while the rear height is adjustable between 1 and 2 in., allowing you to dial in your preferred stance. For AT4 and Trail Boss models—already equipped with a factory 2 in. lift—this package increases the front by an additional 1 in. The rear can then be adjusted to remain at stock height or lowered by 1 in., depending on your desired appearance, thanks to the included adjustable mini packs.

Denali models equipped with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC) are fully supported. The kit includes a dedicated hardware package and clear instructions to easily bypass the ARC solenoids connected to the factory shocks.

Maintaining proper ride quality while leveling requires preserving at least 3 in. of droop travel. This is achieved with Cognito’s Billet Upper Control Arm Kit, featuring corrected ball joint angles and a high-articulation joint design. To complement this, the kit includes premium Fox Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks. These high-performance shocks utilize recirculating reservoirs to manage heat and are equipped with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters for precise tuning. While branded as “Race Series,” these shocks are built with advanced Fox racing technology, offering unmatched performance for those who simply want the best available.

Cognito’s billet upper control arms are precision-machined from high-quality 6061 aluminum and finished with a durable black anodized coating. The result is a lightweight yet extremely strong component—one of the most robust upper control arms Cognito has produced. All necessary hardware and detailed, step-by-step instructions are included to ensure a smooth installation process.

In the rear, a minimum lift of 1 in. is required to properly accommodate the longer shocks, with adjustability up to 2 in. This is achieved using the included Deaver mini packs, which also improve ride quality over larger bumps. For AT4 and Trail Boss models, the factory overload spring, 2 in. block, and bump stop spacer are removed and replaced with the mini packs and new 1.5 in. bump stop spacers, providing better suspension performance and protecting the shocks from bottoming out. Longer U-bolts are also included to complete the installation.
