The 601BL combines the Venomrex distinct and innovative design methods with the busy and rugged styling of traditional truck wheels. The Venomrex engineers have utilized the design elements to create one of the lightest 17" flow forged wheels available for on and off road use.

FLOW FORGED

Venomrex lightweight technology produces wheels that are lighter in weight compared to a conventional cast construction, yet substantially stronger. The majority of surplus weight can be shaved by the use of less but stronger aluminum. In addition, they meticulously reduce the weight of the wheel utilizing back-pad pocketing as well as front and rear spoke pocketing.

BUILT STRONGER

With Venomrex wheels being constructed using flow forged technology, their wheels are substantially stronger than competitors cast wheels. Cast wheels tend to be less durable, brittle, prone to cracking and failure. With Venomrex flow forged wheels being more durable, you won't have to worry about any cracks when you're on the trail, desert or on your daily commute.

BUILT LIGHTER

The flow forging process Venomrex uses creates very lightweight wheels compared to the competition. In the end, you end up with a wheel capable of handling higher load ratings than a cast wheel. With a flow forged wheel, you save about 25% weight compared to a cast wheel of the same size and spec. Lighter weight wheels equals reduced unsprung and rotational mass.

Example: A competitors 17x9 cast wheel weights in at about 38.5 lbs., while Venomrex similar spec 17x9 flow forged wheel weighs in at about 27.6 lbs. That's almost at 11 lbs. difference!
