CVF's hot + cold aluminum intercooler piping kit for 2021-2025 Bronco (and 2024-2025 Ranger) 2.7L EcoBoost replaces OEM plastic charge pipes with mandrel-bent aluminum, improving airflow, reducing weight, and enhancing boost response. It includes 1/8" NPT bungs for meth/water injection, heavy-duty T-bolt clamps.

The Aluminum Intercooler Hot-side + Cold-side Piping Kit is designed to improve the performance of your EcoBoost Bronco's turbos by improving the performance of your intercooler via an increase in airflow over the OEM alternative. This kit replaces the weak stock hot-side and the restrictive cold-side piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother airflow.

The 2.75" cold-side and 2.25" to 2.5" hot-side pipes feature mandrel bends to allow for smooth air flow and the ultra-resistance fibers on the silicone couplers offer enhanced tolerance against heat and pressure.
