Billet Panhard Bar with Ultra-Flex Joint for 21-26 Raptor

Billet aluminum panhard bar - also called a track bar - for the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 Raptor and Raptor R, on our patent-pending Ultra-Flex joints. One machined bar, fixed length, straight into the factory mounts using the factory bolts.

The panhard bar is the only thing holding your rear axle centered side to side. From the factory it does that job through rubber bushings, which deflect under load and let the axle walk sideways. This is the cheapest part on the truck that changes how planted the rear end feels, and it is the one we tell people to buy first. Stock-length billet rear suspension gives 15 in. of rear wheel travel on the factory shock.

What Is In The Kit
  • 1 billet aluminum panhard bar, machined in-house in Mesa, Arizona
  • Ultra-Flex joints at both ends - 17-4 stainless steel center ball in a serviceable urethane body
  • External grease zerk at each joint

No hardware is included, and none is needed - the bar reuses your factory bolts at both ends

Why Replace The Stock Panhard Bar

The Gen 3 Raptor runs a five-link rear axle. Four links locate the axle fore and aft and control pinion angle. The panhard bar does something no other link does: it locates the axle side to side. Everything the rear end does laterally goes through that one bar.

The factory bar carries that load through rubber bushings. Rubber is chosen for isolation, not for location - it is soft on purpose, and that is fine on pavement at moderate load. Push the truck and those bushings compress, the axle shifts relative to where the chassis thinks it is, and the back of the truck starts to feel like it is steering itself.

Swapping to billet on spherical joints replaces that compliance with a defined pivot. Most owners notice this one immediately on the road, not just in the dirt - which is unusual for a suspension part at this price.

The Ultra-Flex Joint

Our patent-pending joint, and the reason this bar is not just another billet link.

How it is built

A 17-4 stainless steel center ball pressed into a urethane body, which is pressed into a laser-cut stainless steel outer sleeve closed by two stainless side caps. The cartridge presses into the bar and is retained with a circlip. The grease zerk threads into a slotted hole in the sleeve, so the sleeve cannot rotate in the bar.

Why it matters

  • Greaseable on the truck. External zerk - no removing the bar to service the joint.
  • Quiet. The urethane body damps impact and isolates road noise instead of squeaking and clunking the way a worn uniball does.
  • Corrosion resistant. Stainless internals that stay constantly lubricated, which is what you want in wet, humid or salted conditions.
  • Rebuildable for the cost of a urethane body, not a complete joint assembly.
  • Protects the bar. The stainless sleeve means urethane never works directly against your billet aluminum, so the bore stays true.
Fixed Length Or Adjustable - Which Do You Need

This matters more than which joint you pick, so get it right before you order.

  • Stock or near-stock ride height → this bar: If the rear of the truck sits where Ford put it, the axle is already centered and you only need the rubber gone. This fixed-length billet bar is the right answer and the simplest install on the page.
  • Lifted rear → you need an adjustable bar: Raise the rear and the panhard bar swings through a new arc, which pushes the axle off center. You see it as one rear tire sitting closer to its fender than the other. A fixed-length bar cannot correct that.
  • Long travel build → the 41.5 in. bar: Running our long travel rear suspension is a different geometry entirely and requires the adjustable 41.5 in. panhard bar. Not a stock-height upgrade.
Fitment

Fits the Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 Ford F-150 Raptor, model years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, including the Raptor R.

The Raptor R uses the same rear suspension architecture as the V6 truck, so this bar fits it unchanged. Built for stock or near-stock rear ride height.

Installation

Direct replacement for the factory panhard bar. Two bolts, both of them the ones already in your truck. No cutting, no welding, no fabrication, no new hardware to buy.

Support the truck safely and take the load off the rear axle before removing the factory bar. We recommend the work is done by an experienced individual or shop.

Four Finish Options

Raw Billet Aluminum, Black Anodized, FOX Orange Anodized and Blue Anodized. Raw is a finish choice, not a lesser part - plenty of builds run raw billet deliberately for the machined-aluminum look. Anodizing is there if you want color, or want the bar to match the rest of your billet under the truck. Anodized parts should be cared for as anodized aluminum; see the care notes before you take a pressure washer or a harsh wheel cleaner to them.
