The Kuat Piston SR bike rack is an all-metal, single-bike rack designed for secure, frame-free transport. This rack utilizes Kuat's OneTap™ hydro-pneumatic tire arms that open automatically with a single touch for easier loading and unloading, and is the perfect solution for use with our Storage Box Bike Rack Adapter

This single tray style bike rack has adjustable arms to accommodate wheel sizes from 18 in. to 32 in. with tires up to 5 in. wide. Adjustment is quick and easy with the tool-free FastFit™ wheel chock system. The arms operate with Genuine Kashina-coated struts for long-term durability and smooth performance in any environment. This rack is e-bike friendly, capable of carrying bikes up to 67 lbs.

The Piston SR is designed exclusively for horizontal bike carrying. This makes it ideal for rear-mounted setups like our Storage Box Bike Rack Adapter, carrying up to 2 bikes at a time. It also works with most rooftop crossbars and out of the box.

Note: Fendered bikes will have reduced overall capacity and fitment. Kuat's fender strap kit is suggested for bikes with fenders that end up between 12:00 and 3:00 on the back wheel.
