SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped as expeditiously as possible utilizing the least expensive, yet timely methods. We are all truck owners and know just how important it is to get our parts right away! Fear not, we will get you your items as fast as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders that stipulate “free shipping” or “shipping included” ONLY ship free to the lower 48 states. In the event that you ordered an item or items that were designated as “free shipping” but you reside outside of the lower 48 states, you will be charged the appropriate amount to cover shipping expenses to your requested ship to location. No exceptions will be made.
TAXES:
J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC will collect and remit applicable sales tax as required by law for any US taxing jurisdiction for which the Company meets current economic nexus threshold requirements. For orders shipped to other states or locations outside of the US, you the purchaser are solely responsible for any and all state/sales tax or other applicable taxes.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS and MISPRINTS:
In the event that any part or product is detailed at an incorrect price due to error or error in or by any of our suppliers, J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for parts or products listed at such incorrect price. In the event an order has been placed and is cancelled by J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC due to incorrect pricing, a refund will promptly be made.
WARRANTY:
J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC is committed to providing the customer with the best possible products and will work with any individual to maintain a level of satisfaction. All parts manufactured by J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC come with a 1 (one) year limited warranty that they shall be free from manufacturing defects. Any electronic components integrated or included with any of J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC’s manufactured parts are subject to 1 (one) year limited warranty that they too shall be free from manufacturing defects. Parts that are mishandled, installed incorrectly and/or are inherently found to be damaged by the purchaser will void any applicable warranty. All parts, components and/or items that are manufactured by other companies but distributed through J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC are subject to the warranty of their respective OEM. All warranty claims for parts, components and/or items not produced by J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC must be worked directly with the OEM and will not be handled through J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
Any returns must be pre-coordinated with J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC prior to the return of the item(s). Items that are eligible for return, exchange and/or refunds must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all parts/components. Returns may only occur within 30 days of the date the item was received. J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC will not accept any items that have been installed, modified or damaged. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any/all shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any item that is not normally stocked for sale by J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC is considered a special order. Special order items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Should you receive a part or component that was mis-shipped or mis-handled by J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC, return shipping charges will be covered by shipper and not the buyer. In the event of a refund, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed.
Custom Orders: a variety of parts sold and distributed by J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC are built to customer specifications, we are unable to provide any type of returns, exchanges or refunds. If you the buyer select to purchase custom built to your specifications items (ie, color, size, hardware type, finish), please ensure you carefully select all options prior to purchase as these items are designated as final sale only.
