The ICON 2017-2020 Raptor Gen. 2 Stage 2 suspension system gives you the parts you need to keep your wheels planted and deliver the power and control your truck needs to manage difficult driving conditions off the beaten path. Engineered by one of the top manufacturers of suspension systems in off-roading, it’s a bolt-on, bumper-to-bumper upgrade that lets you run bigger wheels and tires and keep them planted at the end of a longer droop while also protecting the vehicle, its occupants, and your gear from the big bumps that come with big adventures. • Adjustable Front Coilovers - The 3.0 series of aircraft aluminum shock bodies coilovers with steel springs and 1” shafts are designed for heavy off-roading action that adjusts to meet the needs of the trail with CDC valves that give you ten compression gradients to stiffen or soften your suspension’s response. 10” finned remote reservoirs give you more fluid and gas volume to dampen energy, while their finned exterior works to dissipate the heat of the energy exchange for all-day action. Vehicle-specific valving gives you three progression zones that affect both compression and recoil for the smoothest ride imaginable, including a “bump zone” during the last 40” of travel that increases dampening force to provide a hydraulic bump stop-like action.


• 3.0 Bypass Rear Shocks - Easy-to-use detented knobs offer precision bypass adjustments through a sound-dampened bypass system which means your vehicle is always customized for the trail ahead.12” piggybacked bypass reservoirs and a three-tube design give you powerful dampening all-day long. Spherical FK rod end bearings, a CNC-machined 1” shaft, and an anti-wobble link keep your off-set designed shocks stable and reduce the risk of deflection which can damage your vehicle. Also equipped with ICON’s multi-stage compression valving, you’ll get 50% more dampening than stock shocks offer, while the “bump zone” helps control rear-end kick to keep you in control. Strong urethane shin guards provide extra protection for the shaft and rod end to help them avoid damage from the environment.


• Billet Upper Control Arms - Billet-cut aluminum upper control arms provide strong, lightweight guidance for your wheels through their extended range of motion. Built with ICON’s patented delta joint, they offer a better range of movement than uniball-type UCAs while also protecting the joint internals behind a strong grease seal on this metal-to-metal design. With an anti-corrosion zinc coating, these UCAs are built to last through mud, rain, snow, and whatever else Mother Nature wants to throw at you.

Note: You will need ICON’s 19-20 Ford F-150 Raptor Damper Interface Device if your 2019-2020 vehicle is equipped with factory live valve shocks to allow the drive modes to operate correctly.
