The ICON Raptor Gen. 2 Stage 4 suspension system gives you a more comfortable and responsive truck on or off the road. Engineered with vehicle-specific valving to improve energy dampening and dissipation, an adjustable 1-3” lift for bigger wheels and tires, and improved spring progression and support for fearless off-roading. The ICON Raptor Gen. 2 Stage 4 kit gives you competition-grade performance in an easy-to-install bolt-on package.

• CDC-Valved Coilovers - Designed to give you extended travel for a longer droop, these remote reservoir coilovers offer ten gradients of user-adjustable compression to make sure your suspension matches the needs of your adventures. Built with aircraft-grade aluminum shock bodies, CAD plated steel springs, and CNC-machined 1” shafts, they’re built to play rough, and thanks to the 10” remote reservoirs with fins that help keep your expanded gas and fluid charge cooler, you can play rough all day long. Engineered with three dampening zones that cover both compression and recoil, you’ll get consistent progression that improves control and a hydraulic “bump zone” over the last 40% of travel that engages a dramatically increased amount of force to prevent the big metal-on-metal impacts that lead to vehicle damage.


• Raptor Upper Control Arms - Billet cut aluminum keeps these UCAs strong and lightweight. Built with ICON’s patented delta joint, they provide a greater range of motion than uniball UCA designs offer to support your front-end’s extended droop and feature engineered caster correction to improve geometry. The metal-to-metal design also offers greater protection to the joint internals, with strong grease seals, O-rings built into the dust cover cap, and ?” FK rod ends to improve rigidity.


• 3-Tube Bypass Shocks - Bypass shocks give you adjustable compression thanks to the easy-to-use detented knobs, with piggybacked reservoirs that were designed with sound-dampening valves for noise-free operation. Like the front coilovers, they feature three levels of progression, including the “bump zone” to support your hydraulic bump stop’s safety and control benefits. Urethane shields protect the 1” shaft and the spherical FK rod end bearings, while ICON has added an anti-wobble link to the off-set mounting point to reduce movement and deflection.


• Multi-Rate Leaf Spring Kit - Upgraded springs with three levels of compression adjustment provide the rear-end support you need to match both the trail and the weight of cargo and towing. To improve durability, these springs feature a triple military wrap front eyelet and half-wrapped rear eyelet with leaf separators and tips that are engineered for less noise and friction. Finally, a rebound leaf helps reduce the potential for axle wrap under hard driving conditions.


• Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit - The Raptor’s foam rubber bump stops just don’t cut it when you’re running hard. ICON’s hydraulic system gives you better control while reducing rear-end kick. Velocity sensing technology allows for the 2.5” of travel to offer progressive resistance to manage bigger impacts in real time. Meanwhile, steel clamshell brackets and a billet aluminum cross member improve bed rigidity, strengthening your rear end for improved performance. 

Note: You will need ICON’s 19-20 Ford F-150 Raptor Damper Interface Device if your 2019-2020 vehicle is equipped with factory live valve shocks to allow the drive modes to operate correctly.
