Deaver Progressive Series springs are high-quality 9-leaf spring packs fabricated with high grade 5160 “American Made” steel. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is the primary key to excellent ride quality.

Deaver Progressive Springs for the expedition series offers 9-leafs per spring pack, a military wrap spring design, diamond cut ends with anti-friction pads and four piece bolt through retaining clips. All 3 stages of the Expedition Series leaf packs provide a 2-inch lift and are designed to hold loads from 0-300 lbs. all the way up to 1000 lbs. of added weight to the vehicle (choose appropriate stage for your weight added - leaf packs are not interchangeable and cannot be adjusted to different stages).

Be sure to combine the Expedition Series leaf packs with appropriate length shocks. Deaver Progressive Expedition Series shocks are not meant to be combined with a lift block.

• Stage 1: Designed for bed weight of 0-300 lbs.
• Stage 2: Designed for bed weight of 400-600 lbs.
• Stage 3: Designed for bed weight of 700-1000 lbs.; driver and passenger side specific.

Fitment Note: Only works with 60-lug models.
