Bolt-On Long Travel Front Suspension

The RPG BOLT suspension kit dramatically changes the geometry of your front suspension to account for longer wheel travel and the shocks of driving over tougher terrain. This kit is engineered exclusively for all generations of Raptors and 2004+ F-150s that need a suspension kit that’s ready to play rough.

• Upper Control Arms - Featuring TIG welded 4130 chromoly steel and single-pinch bungs, these beefy UCAs have adjustable 7/8” FK rod ends with spherical bearings.


• Lower Control Arms - Made from MIG welded 4130 chromoly steel, the lower arms in your kit feature 1.5” FK bearings, 3/4” chassis bolts, and 7/8” knuckle bolts.


• Steering Knuckle - To support increased steering angles, a decreased scrub radius to avoid the steering pump and box, eliminate bump steer, and create more room for larger brake packages, RPG redesigned the steering knuckle and manufactured it from MIG and TIG welded 4130 chromoly steel, added double-sheer pivots, and finished the package off with Grade 8 hardware.


• Tie Rods - Made from ANSI aluminum hex rod, your new rods have FK rod ends, a stainless steel clevis, and engineered misalignments that improve handling and reliability through the bumps and whoops of heavy wheeling.


• This package offers a proven 16.5” of wheel travel from tie rods and control arms that are 3” longer than OEM components.


• Titanium black powder coating and anodizing keep your parts protected and looking good on or off the trail.


• Fully compatible with Fox 3.0, ICON, King, and ADS shock with internal and external bypass shocks.
