The SVC Raptor bump stop replaces the stock bump stop that can let you down under the grueling conditions of heavy wheeling over and through rough terrain. Engineered for performance and built from strong, durable materials, this Gen. 2 Raptor bump stop is a great way to take your Ford super-truck to the next level.

• CNC laser cut and bent plate for precise fit and strength.


• 100% bolt-on fitment with existing mounting holes using the included grade 8 hardware and mounting wrench.


• The bump stop kit is compatible with all exhaust systems.


• Adjustable for three settings:




• Towing Mode - This lowest setting sets your bump stop system to take some of the energy-dampening load off your shocks, extending their lives and giving your springs more support for heavy towing applications.


• Stock Offroad Mode - The middle setting allows for better control of rear-end kicks during aggressive off-road maneuvers. It’s perfect for spring and shock applications that use stock mounting points.


• Xtreme Offroad - The highest setting lets you run through-bed racing shocks for extended wheel and bump travel with improved energy dampening. You get up to 1.5” extra bump travel for a soft initial compression that ramps up exponentially to protect your vehicle and keep you in control.




• Your choice of Fox or King 2.5” hydraulic bump stops or 2.0 Fox Shox internal floating piston bump stops.

Notes:

• Stock Off-road setting should be used for all configurations using stock mounting points for your rear shocks. 


• We’ve added a third bolt to the frame, secured with a flange nut for even more strength.


• Fox has switched the rings on their IFP shocks from gold to orange, and these stops will need to be set to the measurements shown.


• Weld-on frames should be sanded down prior to installation to improve fitment and protect your SVC bump stop system from damage.
