The 10-14 Ford Raptor Billet Coilover Top Hat Kit is a tough, precision-machined suspension upgrade designed to eliminate weak OEM top hats and handle aftermarket springs without failure. If you've run aftermarket lift springs on your OEM Raptor coilovers, you might've heard of a common weak point—the factory top hat. More specifically, that tiny rubber bushing tucked between the shock shaft and securing nut doesn't always hold up under pressure. When pushed too hard, it can fail—and that's the kind of failure that ends adventures early.

So, we engineered a smarter solution: a precision-machined billet aluminum top hat designed specifically for 2010–2014 Ford Raptors. Instead of relying on a soft rubber bushing, we've upgraded to a 3/4" FK Rod Ends stainless steel spherical bearing. This setup provides a much stronger, more secure connection for the shock shaft—built to handle the added stress that comes with aftermarket springs.
