Returns & Exchanges
By purchasing from J&E Enterprises Offroad, LLC, DBA Offroad Alliance, you agree to the terms of this return and exchange policy. Any return must be pre-coordinated with Offroad Alliance prior to the return of the item(s). Items that are eligible for return, exchange, and/or refund must be in new condition, resaleable as new, in their original box to include original packaging, and must include all original material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all parts/components. Items received that are not in this condition will not be eligible for return, refund and/or exchange. Offroad Alliance may request photographic evidence of the item prior to initiating the return and/or exchange.
Any item that is not normally stocked for sale by J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC is considered a special order. Special order items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Should you receive a part or component that was mis-shipped or mis-handled by J and E Enterprises Offroad, LLC, return shipping charges will be covered by the shipper and not the buyer. In the event of a refund, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.
Custom Orders
Custom Orders: a variety of parts sold and distributed by Offroad Alliance are ordered/built to customer specifications. Offroad Alliance is unable to provide any type of return, exchange or refund. If you, the buyer, select to purchase custom built to your specifications (ie, color, size, hardware type, finish) items, please ensure you carefully select all options prior to purchase as these items are designated as FINAL SALE ONLY.
Additional Terms
- All returns are subject to a 25% RESTOCKING FEE and any/all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 business days from issuance of the RMA to qualify for a refund or exchange. Any returns shipped after this timeframe will be ineligible for any refund or credit.
- Please provide us with a tracking number for the item, so we can ensure arrival at its correct destination.
- Returns must be in new, unused, resalable as new condition with all contents and in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging included. Items received that are not in the condition will be rejected and are ineligible for any refund, credit, etc.
- The item must be returned to the specifically notated address in the individual return authorization instructions. Items that are shipped anywhere else will be re-shipped to the correct address at the customer's expense. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance as any shipping damage and/or lost shipments will be the sole responsibility of the party returning the item(s). Shipments received that are damaged will be rejected.
