• Stainless Steel. Forged from automotive-grade stainless steel, SmartCap is arguably the strongest truck cap ever designed. It'll hold 330 lbs. of gear when moving and a whooping 770 lbs. parked.
• Modular Design. The modular design makes it easy to assemble and disassemble as needed while also allowing for the replacement of a single panel in the event of damage rather than the entire cap.
• Edge-To-Edge Design. SmartCaps new Edge-to-Edge design is one of, if not, the largest opening of any cap on the market today. Estimated to be around 35% larger than the average fiberglass opening—making it easier to get large items in and out of the bed.
• Positive Pressure Air Vent. The Positive Pressure Air Vent filters air at a greater velocity than the enclosed bed that is try to suck it back in. This keeps road dust outside of the bed rather than all over your stuff.

Fitment Notes & Requirements

• 2019+ Ranger Incandescent Tail Light Note: If your 2019+ Ranger has incandescent tail lights (non-LED), your SmartCap will require a special 3rd brake light harness. Please call or text us at 888-466-8991 to obtain the harness prior to installation.
• 2024 Ranger Requirements: It is a requirement from Ford that any 2024 Next Gen Ranger produced ON or BEFORE 09/19/2024 with accessories extending above the bedrails, and weighing in excess of 88 lbs., be fitted with Load Box Reinforcement Brackets (aka J-Braces). • 2026 Ranger Updated Mounting Brackets Required: If you have a 2026 Ranger, please call or text us at 888-466-8991 as it is vital we make sure you receive the new fitment kit containing updated hardware needed to complete the installation.
• 2022+ Tundra Requirements: The 2022+ Tundra requires Bed Stiffeners to be installed for ALL bed rail mounted accessories. Failure to install these may affect the structural integrity of the Tundra’s bed walls. This not only may damage your truck bed, but may also lead to SmartCap Rear Flange welding failures and other critical damage. Please note, damage to your SmartCap that is directly attributable to not having Bed Stiffeners/J-Braces installed will not be covered under the SmartCap 3-Year warranty.
