SmartCap EVO Hatchback

The EVO Hatchback is a seriously streamlined canopy for truck owners who don't need side cargo access, but do need their canopy built like a brick house. It's equipped with solid stainless steel sides but NO Gullwing Doors. The front and rear are loaded with solid glass. And just like our other caps, the Hatchback has a Positive Pressure Air Vent, Universal Roof Rails, a Third Brake Light and so much more.

• Built Like a Tank. SmartCap is forged from strong automotive-grade stainless steel. The EVO Hatchback holds up to 330 lbs. of gear when moving and a whooping 770 lbs. when parked.
• A Truck Canopy for All Seasons. Rain, snow, freezing temps–bring it! SmartCap's 5-piece design includes an innovative sealing method that, when properly installed, makes it weatherproof, come hell or high water.
• Put it on. Take it off. Put it on. Take it...you get the idea. The SmartCap comes on or off in just 15 minutes—giving you the flexibility to haul taller loads.
• Keep the dust out. The Positive Pressure Air Vent filters fresh air into the cap at a greater velocity than the enclosed bed is capable of sucking air in. This keeps road dust outside, rather than all over your stuff. Whew!
• Mount Up. Our integrated Roof Rails allow you to utilize Smart Accessories for mounting rooftop tents, bikes, kayaks, ladders—you name it. Plus, if you already own a rack, no problem. They're universally designed to mount just about anything. Brilliant, top to bottom.
• Real Attention Grabber. SmartCap incorporates a high-mounted third brake light that's a real attention grabber when slamming on the brakes. You never know, there might be a Zebra Crossing ahead.

Fitment Compatibility & Requirements

2022+ Tundra Requirements: The 2022+ Tundra requires Bed Stiffeners to be installed for ALL bed rail mounted accessories. Offroad Alliance offers a few bed stiffeners options:

• Rago Fabrication Bed Channel Stiffeners

2024 Ranger Requirements: It is a requirement from Ford that any 2024 Next Gen Ranger produced ON or BEFORE 09/19/2024 with accessories extending above the bedrails, and weighing in excess of 88 lbs., be fitted with Load Box Reinforcement Brackets (aka J-Braces).
