Adjustable Springs for a More Flexible Experience

The ICON Gen 2 Ford Raptor Leaf Spring kit comes with a primary leaf pack designed by ICON’s engineers to better suit the Raptor’s weight and power, along with an additional leaf that can be swapped in or added to the pack creating 20-40% more spring rate and support for heavier vehicles. Whether you want a softer ride or to run with heavier loads, the Raptor multi-rate leaf spring kit is ready for action.

• Each kit comes with two leaf packs with add-a-leaf springs and a leaf spring hardware kit for bolt-on installation.


• Choose from three user-adjustable installation configurations:




• 1” lift height over stock and a softer suspension to avoid the stiff, choppy bounce common on rough terrain in stock vehicles.


• 2.25” lift height over stock (+1” over stock under 400 lbs. constant load) and 20% increased spring rate over the previous installation option.


• 3” lift height over stock unloaded (0.5” lift height under 850 lbs. constant load) and 40% increased spring rate over the first installation option.




• The leaf packs are triple military-wrapped front eyelets and half-wrap rear for increased durability.


• Made with friction and noise-reducing leaf separators and tip inserts.


• Includes a rebound leaf to reduce the risk of axle wrap.


• “ICON 1K” tested under challenging real-world conditions to ensure peak tuning and performance.


• Installation does not require the removal of the bed, exhaust system modification, or installation of non-OEM gas shocks. ICON’s rear bump stop spacer kit is required if your vehicle is not equipped with the ICON Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit.
