Engineered and Valved For Your Truck

The engineers at ICON Vehicle Dynamics went back to the drawing board when they made the ICON Ford Raptor Gen. 2 Stage 1 suspension system. Ford’s transition to an offset design meant engineering their popular suspension upgrade packages to get the most from the revamped rear end. The end result is that the ICON Raptor Gen. 2 Stage 1 kit is a bolt-on upgrade that delivers up to 3” of lift to maximize your wheel and tire size while giving you better progression under both compression and recoil.

• Remote Reservoir Front Coilovers - Your upgraded front suspension gives you an adjustable 1-3” lift and CDC-valved shocks that let you tailor dampening to the trails you’re tackling with up to 50% more dampening than your stock shocks provide. 3.0-series aircraft-grade aluminum bodies, CAD-plated steel springs, and 1” CNC-machined shafts give you a durable part that is tough enough for whatever the field throws at it, while 10” finned remote reservoirs not only give you more fluid and gas to manage the big hits but also offer the increased cooling that keeps your ride smooth all day long. Includes a 3-stage compression design with a “bump zone” that increases dampening dramatically during the final 40” of travel.


• 3-Tube Bypass Shocks - The 3.0 series rear shocks use the same “bump zone” internal hydraulic design to help control rear-end kick, while the easy-to-use detented knobs let you control the compression ratio of the sound-dampened bypass valves. Built with a 12” finned aluminum piggyback reservoir, you get the volume you need for hard driving without risking your progression turning “spongey” from too much heat. The offset upper eye has a patented ICON anti-wobble link and FK spherical rod end bearings reduce the lateral motion on impact that can easily damage suspension components. The shaft and rod ends are shielded behind urethane “shin guards” to protect your investment and increase longevity.

Note: 2019-20 models with live valve shocks from the factory will need a 19-20 F-150 Raptor ICON Damper Interface Device for correct vehicle drive mode operation.
