Shipping and Returns Q&A:
Question 1: How will I know when my order has shipped?
When an item ships, an email will be sent with the appropriate tracking.
Question 2: How quickly will my order ship?
Our in stock pledge means that we maintain an extensive inventory with most items shipping the same or next day after the order is received.
Question 3: How long do I have to return an item?
Items that are eligible for return, exchange and/or refunds must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all parts/components. Returns may only occur within 15 days of the invoice date.
Question 4: If my products fails, is there a warranty?
All Offroad Alliance branded products carry a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranties will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and from product to product. Please contact the OEM should your product fail. For all other questions, call, email or text Offroad Alliance.
Question 5: My order is being shipped via commercial freight. What should I anticipate?
Some parts are only able to be shipped via commercial freight on a pallet due to size and weight restrictions. Truck freight delivery times can vary, but most are delivered in 3 - 7 business days.
