Shipping and Returns Q&A

Question 1:  How will I know when my order has shipped?

When an item ships, an email will be sent with the appropriate tracking. 

Question 2: How quickly will my order ship?

Our in stock pledge means that we maintain an extensive inventory with most items shipping within three business days after the order is received. Please do not hesitate to contact us via phone, chat or email to ensure the item you're looking for is currently in stock.

Question 3 - Returns and Refund Policy: How long do I have to return an item?

All items are eligible for return, unless stated otherwise at the time of sale (i.e. custom items, special orders). Items that are eligible for return, exchange and/or refund must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all parts/components. Returns may occur within 15 days of receiving the product. Unless the return is the result of an error made by Offroad Alliance, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Heavy items may be subject to up to a 10% restocking fee. To exchange a product or return for a refund, please Contact Us.

Question 4- Warranty Policy: If my products fails, is there a warranty?

All Offroad Alliance branded products carry a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranties will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and from product to product. Please contact the OEM should your product fail. For all other questions, call, email or text Offroad Alliance. 

Question 5:  My order is being shipped via commercial freight. What should I anticipate?

Some parts are only able to be shipped via commercial freight on a pallet due to size and weight restrictions. Truck freight delivery times can vary, but most are delivered in 3 - 7 business days.

Free Shipping Offer

Free Ground Shipping offer on orders over $399 applied to valid shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Large and/or heavy items, including but not limited to, bumpers, racks and truck caps requiring LTL Freight are not included in the Free Shipping Offer. DISCLAIMER: Toytec Lifts products are excluded from all Free Shipping offers.

For large and/or heavy items, a Freight cost estimate will be provided and charged at checkout. A Customer Service Representative will follow-up via phone or email if any additional charges are applicable based on the product selection. Very good quality gas container

Happy with my purchase I fill it up every time I hit the trails just incase and I empty in my tank at the end of the day, when it's not in use it stays on my roof rack, very high quality plastic

RSI Smartcap Evo for 5' Tacoma

I love this cap. Well built and super sturdy. Had some slight bends from shipping but it was packaged up great. Have some patience for the assembly portion and maybe a few friends. Can't wait to start camping!

This is how I imagined the Raptor to be from the factory

I have the Roush CAI, Cobb factory front mount location and now the Stage 1 ORA 550 Performance Package. The shifting and power band from the turbo is much smoother. The fuel mileage stayed the same. The increase in power will put a smile on your face every time you hit the gas! I tow fairly often and there is a huge difference with the heavier loads. If you’re on the fence I would not hesitate to purchase this package or even the stage 2, which is essentially what I have.

Perfect setup

OA Staff is outstanding, Tyson even called me back at 7PM on a weekend!
I installed the Icon rear springs in the #2 option with a pair of drop shackles.
Front was Eibach springs and it has a nice stance to the truck. About 1.5" rake to the rear so I can still tow my trailer without the bumper sitting on the ground. I believe the Fox shocks were intentionally valved for these trucks with an upgraded spring in mind. With the stock setup, the truck had a lot of rebound chatter in both front and rear, gone is the sketchy lack of traction on washboard roads.. With the upgraded springs front and rear it now is a perfect ride over all terrain Best upgrade for the Raptor!!!!
